It is built into a spare wall, a corner, a recess, or a small side room close to where people actually sit, so staff and guests are served without walking to the main kitchen or crowding it while cooking is going on. A sink, a mini fridge, a coffee machine, and closed storage handle the daily routine, and everything stays behind doors instead of piling up on an open counter.
